The Earth-Flow features a permanently integrated turning unit. It comes in a fully or partially enclosed container. Organic waste is pre-composted for approximately 10 to 20 days. Subsequently, the compost undergoes post-composting in piles, for example, where it can mature.
Therefore, the Earth Flow system is ideal for small to medium-sized facilities. No additional converter is required, making it the perfect solution for capacities between 100 and 1,000 tons per year.
The Earth Flow system can also be equipped with an optional biofilter to completely eliminate odor emissions. Compact and flexible, the container takes over the critical phase of composting, ensuring aerobic decomposition right from the start.
The Earth Flow is thus ideal for composting in vegetable cultivation, agriculture, horse farms, and small composting facilities in the municipal sector. And, with its integrated conversion unit, the system is particularly suitable for aerating digestate from biogas plants.
